Recently NOCO Repair has transitioned from a one-man Handy-Man Service, to all inclusive, complete remodeling service. With a small crew, we are now able to take on Complete remodel projects. From a Small bathroom, to a complete house flip. In the recent housing market boom, we've been working directly with investors to do complete house flips, and we love doing it. We've been able to work directly with the investors, communicating daily, to make sure budgets were met, expectations were met or exceeded, and in the end the investor has been able to turn a nice profit on every project so far.
We will not turn your smaller projects away. we are happy to take on almost any task in your home. We do it all!

Our rates for hourly jobs are as follows:
Hazardous environment- 85/hr
Highly technical work- 75/hr
General task 65/hr
Rates are per man and include one way drive time to the location. 2 hour minimum on all jobs.
